การพัฒนาระบบนิเวศการเรียนรู้เพื่อส่งเสริมครูนวัตกรผู้สร้างการเปลี่ยนแปลงชั้นเรียน

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพที่ศึกษาระบบนิเวศการเรียนรู้ของสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาองค์ประกอบของระบบนิเวศการเรียนรู้เพื่อส่งเสริมครูนวัตกรผู้สร้างการเปลี่ยนแปลงชั้นเรียน 2) พัฒนาระบบนิเวศการเรียนรู้เพื่อส่งเสริมครูนวัตกรผู้สร้างการเปลี่ยนแปลงชั้นเรียน และ 3) นำเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาระบบนิเวศการเรียนรู้เพื่อส่งเสริมครูนวัตกรผู้สร้างการเปลี่ยนแปลงชั้นเรียน มีการวิจัย 3 ขั้นตอน คือ ขั้นที่ 1 คัดเลือกสถานศึกษากรณีศึกษา 3 แห่ง เก็บข้อมูลจากผู้บริหารและครูรวม 15 คน ด้วยแบบคัดเลือกกรณีศึกษา แบบสังเกต และแบบสัมภาษณ์ ขั้นที่ 2 สัมภาษณ์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญระดับประเทศและพื้นที่ รวม 10 คน ด้วยแบบสัมภาษณ์ และขั้นที่ 3 พัฒนาแนวทาง โดยการสนทนากลุ่มผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 7 คน ด้วยแบบบันทึกการสนทนากลุ่ม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา


ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ระบบนิเวศการเรียนรู้ประกอบด้วย 6 องค์ประกอบหลัก 22 องค์ประกอบย่อย โดยสมรรถนะครูนวัตกรครอบคลุมด้านความรู้ความสามารถ พฤติกรรม และทัศนคติ รวม 20 องค์ประกอบ ส่วนการเปลี่ยนแปลงชั้นเรียน ประกอบด้วย การสร้างบรรยากาศ พื้นที่การเรียนรู้ และแรงบันดาลใจ รวม 15 องค์ประกอบ
2) การพัฒนาระบบนิเวศการเรียนรู้ แบ่งเป็น 4 ระบบ ได้แก่ ระบบเล็ก ระบบระหว่างกลาง ระบบภายนอก และระบบใหญ่ 3) แนวทางการพัฒนาระบบนิเวศการเรียนรู้ ประกอบด้วย ปัจจัยนำเข้า กระบวนการผลิตและข้อมูลย้อนกลับ ซึ่งมีความเป็นไปได้และเป็นประโยชน์ในการนำไปใช้ จากผลการวิจัยสรุปในเชิงหลักการได้ว่า การส่งเสริมครูนวัตกรผู้สร้างการเปลี่ยนแปลงชั้นเรียนเกิดจากการพัฒนาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคลและองค์ประกอบต่างๆ ในทุกระดับของระบบนิเวศการเรียนรู้ที่มีความเชื่อมโยงอย่างเป็นองค์รวม แนวทางดังกล่าวสะท้อนให้เห็นถึงความสำคัญของการพัฒนาครูบนฐานแนวคิดระบบนิเวศการเรียนรู้
