Learning Outcomes Using the Sui Model on Students’ Interpersonal Skills and Learning Responsibility of Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University

Abstract
The aims of this research were 1) to compare the learning outcomes using the Sui model on students’ interpersonal skills and learning responsibilities as indicated in the Thai Qualifications Framework for the Higher Education, and 2) to identify the students’ satisfaction towards learning management by using the Sui model. The research methodology used structured observation and questionnaire. The data were collected from 79 students who were enrolled in the Tourism Industry Course (Course code 3071101). The result revealed that students have developed interpersonal skills and responsibility in 3 dimensions, namely participation, leadership and responsibility after using the Sui model with statistical significance at the level of .01. The students were satisfied with the learning management towards the use of the Sui model was in the highest level ( = 4.56, S.D. = 0.62).
