Publication Ethics

1. Duties of Editors

    1.1 The Editor is responsible for the overall quality of the intellectual content of the journals and also certify the validity of article. And consider selecting qualified experts in the field of the article to assess its quality.

    1.2 The Editor is responsible for making the decision to publish journals after the evaluation process is approved, based on the academic quality and consistency of the content with the journal's policy.

    1.3 Editors must be impartial in considering articles for publication. Without any bias towards the author and article evaluators.

    1.4 The Editor should not disclose the author's information and reviewers all details of the editorial and peer review process on submitted manuscripts.

   1.5 Editors should not accept articles that have already been published or submitted elsewhere.

   1.6 Editors should not have conflicts of interest with authors, reviewers, personnel in the same department, and should not employ the articles for business benefits.   

   1.7 Editors must seriously examine articles for plagiarism using trusted programs. To ensure that articles published in journals are not plagiarized.

   1.8 Editors must maintain journal standards and regularly improveand  journals to be of high quality and up-to-date.

 

2. Duties of Authors

    2.1 Authors must certify that the submitted article has not been published in multiple journals. and is not under consideration for publication in other journals.

    2.2 Authors must not conduct fabrication and falsify research data.

    2.3 Authors must give appropriate credit when taking the ideas and work of another person’s ideas, processes, results, or words; hence the submission must contain all references within the manuscript.

    2.4 Authors must submit a manuscript complying with the format specified in Author Guidelines”.

    2.5 All authors whose names appear in the article must consent to submit an article for publication in a journal. and must provide details about all authors

    2.6 Authors must accept and respect the editorial decision in all cases.

    2.7 Authors must include a funding acknowledgment statement in the manuscript (if any).

 

3. Duties of Reviewers

    3.1 Reviewers must conceal and not disclose part or all of the information of the reviewed articles to unrelated parties during the period of article evaluation.

    3.2 Reviewers should not have conflicts of interest with authors, or knowing the author personally, or other reasons for not being able to express opinions and suggestions freely.

    3.3 Reviewers should evaluate articles in their area of expertise by considering the significance of the article's content to the field of study and the quality of the article, including considering articles under academic principles and rationale. The reviewers must not put personal opinions without supporting information.

    3.4 Reviewers must check that the article being evaluated Is the article plagiarized or duplicated?

    3.5 Reviewers must maintain the evaluation period within the time specified by the editor. Evaluation should not be abandoned without notification to the journal, or there is no reasonable reason.

    3.6 Reviewers must refrain from exploiting the advantage of the article. In any case.
