Abstract

Research Project title ‘Guidelines to Promote Credit Bank System in Basic Education Level with Workforce Section’ has three objectives 1) to study credit bank system in provinces as case study 2) to study factors that promote credit bank system and workforce sector in provinces as
case study, and 3) to propose guidelines to promote credit bank system in basic education level with workforce sector. Scopes of the research are study credit bank system in basic education level. The methodology is qualitative research by using interview, documentary research and
brainstorming. The research findings are 1) credit bank system in provinces as case study such as Sukhothai, Uthai Thani and Si Sa Ket have dual education system and Satun has transfer work experiences to credit 2) factors that promote credit bank system with workforce sector divided
into internal factors within province include having responsible agencies, integrated work of various sectors, and systematic work mechanisms. External factors include central agencies at the ministerial level establishing systems and driving national-level work, adequate budget allocation, big data management systems, and promoting the credit bank system. Suggestions include using research results as pilot projects in provinces that are ready, with monitoring and continuous improvement. Additionally, ministrial level agencies should serve as data sources, coordinate, and support resources for leading provinces, leading to future scalability and expansion.
