Abstract

The study of pro-active citizen is the production of citizens in a technologically changing society in the digital society. Technology and humanity are intertwined and society must rely on technology as an engine to propel growth and evolution to a city of change or artificial intelligence city by using the concept of the future as a driving tool for making predictions about the future leading to pro-active citizens of Phuket "Tong Ho" to support sustainable living in the artificial intelligence society through education to build citizenship by promoting the development of the characteristics of pro-active citizens of Phuket in the artificial intelligence city with advanced and intelligent digital skills and innovations under the concept of developing a livable modern city and sustainability by having four characteristics: 1) Awareness of the identity of a good person 2) Respect for democracy 3) Realization of digital knowledge and skills 4) Applying soft skills systematically by presenting the scenario of a pro-active citizens “Tong Ho” to accommodate the Artificial intelligence cities challenge, it serves as a preparation guideline to address future changes. It relies on current environmental factors and past experiences to project towards the scenario of a pro-active citizens “Tong Ho” to support sustainable living in the Artificial intelligence society challenge.
