The Exercise Power of Female Administrators Affecting Academic Administration by Teachers’ Opinion under the Yala Educational Service Area Office

Abstract
The aims of this study were to investigate 1) the level of the exercise power of female administrators by teachers’ opinion, 2) the level of the academic administration of female administrators by teachers’ opinion, and 3) the predictors of the exercise power of female administrators affecting the academic administration of female administrators under the Yala Educational Service Area Office. The sample was 300 teachers under the Yala Educational Service Area Office. The research instrument was conducted in a Liker t - type, rating scale questionnaire, involving the exercise power of female administrators perceived by teachers with the reliability of .855 and the academic administration of female administrators recognized by teachers with the reliability of .912. The data were analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Correlation Coefficient.
The findings revealed that 1) all aspects of the exercise power of female administrators under the Yala Educational Service Area Office was considered at the highest level. 2) The academic administration of female administrators under the Yala Educational Service Area Office was operated both in overall and each aspect at a high level. Lastly, 3) the exercise power, which could predict the academic administration of female administrators by teachers’ opinion under the Yala Educational Service Area Office, comprised of expertise, reward, lawful power, information, and compulsion, respectively. Those had the positive influence on the academic administration by teacher’s opinion with statistical significance at .01. The predictive power was at 82.9 percent.
