Organizational Administration Strategy through Communication Base for Administrators of Rajabhat University in Southern Regional Area

Abstract
This research aimed to study the organizational administration strategy through communication base for Rajabhat University in Southern Regional Area. The data was included in-depth interview
of the administrators of Rajabhat University. The Ethnographic Delphi Future Research, EDFR, was used to create the organizational administration strategy through communication base for
administrators of Rajabhat University in Southern Regional Area. Six interview participants involved in this research. The contents from the interview were analyzed and synthesized for create a five scales questionnaire which was twice approved by twenties experts in this field. The results were analyzed and represented in terms of Median, Mode, and Inter Quartile Range.
The research found that the organizational administration strategy through communication base for Rajabhat University in Southern Regional Area was appropriated and possible to implement.
The experts gave the comments in the same way from high to highest level and the research could conclude in each particular aspect as followed: 1) Communication policy aspect, the university should have a center which is responsible for organizational communication, it should have degree and experience members related with communication area. All levels of administration should realize the importance of communication which could lead the success of organization and they should support and encourage their members to use communication technologies for teaching and learning activities. 2) Communication format aspect, trends of communication format of Rajabhat University in the near future is the administrators of all level should select the suitable
communication format in that situation. They should have communication channel for feedback such as the opinion about the administration in which communication format. 3) Communication
process aspect, the administrator must have the inspiration communication to their members for the success goal of the organization. They should have good basic communication skills such as
listening, reading, writing and presenting. They should have other communication skills for administrating and managing the organization efficiently.
