Development of Administrator Role Indicators for Encouraging Efficiency on Learning Management in School

Abstract
The purposes of this research were to 1) development of administrator role indicators for encouraging efficiency on learning management in school and 2) approved the quality of administrator
role indicators for encouraging efficiency on learning management in school. The research methodology consisted of 2 steps. Step 1 : Synthesize of administrator role indicators for encouraging
efficiency learning management in school from related documents and research both in the country and foreign countries. The research instrument used was a record form. The data were analyzed by using content analysis and develop draft the administrator role indicators. Step 2 : Approved the quality of administrator role indicators using focus group discussions involving 12
specialists. The research instruments used for the data collection were a record form and a questionnaire about validity, sensitivity, neutrality, reliability, propriety and feasibility.
The data were analyzed by using mean standard deviation and content analysis. The research findings were : 1) The administrator role indicators for encouraging efficiency on learning management in school consisted of 5 components and composed of 15 indicators that were : (1) development quality of education composed of 4 indicators, (2) support for learning management composed of 3 indicators, (3) leadership composed of 3 indicators, (4) morality and ethics composed of 3 indicators and, (5) creating a network party composed of 2 indicators.
2) The propriety and feasibility of the administrator role indicators for encouraging efficiency on learning management in school were overall at a high level and found that in overall the values
of validity, sensitivity and neutrality also met the criteria in every indicators and the reliability at 0.90.
