Development of creative learning skills through multimedia learning based on Constructionism Theory to enhance learning competency skill in 21 century of primary school in Phayao province

Abstract
The purposes of this study were 1) to create and find efficiency of multimedia learning based on Constructionism Theory which determined efficient criteria are 80/80 2) to study learning achievements and learning outcomes of primary 3 students after using the tool 3) to study task performance of students with 70% criterion 4) to study the opinions of students towards task performance after using the tool, and 5) to study the level of students’ satisfaction regarding the tool. The samples were 69 students in primary 3 divided into 14 students from Donginta School, 46 students from Thairatwittaya school, and 23 students from Chumchonbaantung school. The samples were selected by using multistage stage sampling technique.
The results of this study were as follows. 1) The multimedia learning tool had an efficiency of 80.06/86.90. 2) The learning achievements after using the tool showed a higher score than before at .01 significance level. 3) Students obtained score passing criterion 70% (both Individual and group work task performance). 4) The opinions of students towards task performance after using the tool were at a high level ( = 4.28, S.D. = 0.75). 5) The students’ satisfaction was at a high level (
= 4.30, S.D. = 0.74).
