The Development of System Leadership Model of School Administrators under the Office of Primary Educational Service Area in Chachoengsao Province

Abstract
The objective of this research was to study and develop a system leadership model of School Administrators under the Office of Primary Education Area in Chachoengsao. The samples were 324 administrators and teachers which give information about current condition and problems of system leadership. The samples chosen tables of Krejcie and Morgan. 17 experts construct a model of the system leadership with Delphi technique. The research instrumental was a five level rating scale questionnaire. The statistics used to be percentage, median and interquartile range. 9 experts certify the format using Focus Group technique.

Development 7) Learning Organization Development or Learning Exchange which had appropriate and consistent. (2) The system leadership model of School Administrators under the Office of
Educational Service Area in Chachoengsao consisted of 7 components that they had appropriated which was certified by 9 experts.
