Abstract
This research aims to: 1) to measure the level of demand and the benefits of innovation; 2) to measure the level of satisfaction with the use of innovation; and 3) to study the development of innovative approaches to teaching and learning. Population and scope of research The faculty and students of the Faculty of Business Administration, Southeast Asia University, all year round and innovative learning cycle. The questionnaire was divided into 3 sets. The questionnaire consisted of 20 teachers, 267 students and a random sample of 57 students, using percentage, mean and interview. The results showed that teachers in all disciplines were using innovation. At the highest levels of understanding of innovation and innovation can be applied to the home.
