Multi-level Factors Affecting Learning Management Skills of Teachers under Office of the Private Education Pattani Province

Abstract
This research aimed to multi-level factors analysis to affecting learning management skills of teachers under office of the private education Pattani province. The samples were 805 teachers and 64 directors at islamic high schools under office of the private education Pattani province which selected by multi-stage random sampling technique. The research instrument were the evaluations form of level of knowledge and level of learning management skills level, and the evaluation form of priority to factors affecting learning management skills. Data were analyzed using mean, standard deviation, correspondence analysis and multi-level analysis. The results showed that Multi-level factors analysis found that attitudes toward career factor, quality of life factor and teaching experience at the teacher-level positive affecting with learning management skills at the .05 statistical significance level. For school-level found that all factors were not significance affecting with learning management skills. The interactions analysis showed that teaching experience was negative interacting with school size that affecting learning management skills at the .05 statistical significance level.
