Survey of Expected and Actual Conditions in Implementing the Internal Quality Assurance of the Program Level According to the AUN-QA Criteria in the Faculty of Education, Prince of Songkla University

Abstract
The objective of this research was to investigate the expected and actual conditions in implementing the internal quality assurance of the program based on the AUN-QA criteria at the Faculty of Education, Prince of Songkla University, The research employed a quantitative research
method, using a sample group consisting of 53 curriculum coordinators, 183 students, and 49 stakeholders. Data were collected using a dual-response format questionnaire, with a questionnaire reliability of 0.974. Statistical analyses included average, frequency , standard deviation and percentage. The research findings reveal that both expected and actual conditions in implementing quality assurance within the curriculum standards of AUN-QA at the Faculty of Education, Prince of Songkla University. The faculty members exhibited the highest level of expectations during
both the assessment period and the post-assessment period. Both student and stakeholder groups demonstrated high-level expectations at every stage. The actual conditions of operations for all groups and stages exhibited high-level operational performance. Additionally, there was a priority
need index for implementing quality assurance within the curriculum standards of AUN-QA at the Faculty of Education, Prince of Songkla University, prior to assessment, with two groups: faculty members and stakeholders. The group of students had the highest priority need index for implementing quality assurance within the curriculum standards during the assessment period.
