การพัฒนาหลักสูตรการส่งเสริมอาชีพในชุมชนผ่านกิจกรรมการถ่ายทอดภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น “การแทงหยวก” สำหรับนักเรียนในจังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาหลักสูตร 2) พัฒนาและตรวจสอบคุณภาพหลักสูตร และ 3) ประเมินผลการใช้หลักสูตร มีวิธีการดำเนินการวิจัย 3 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ ขั้นที่ 1 การศึกษา ความต้องการจำเป็น ขั้นที่ 2 การพัฒนาและตรวจสอบคุณภาพหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม และขั้นที่ 3 การประเมินผลการใช้หลักสูตรฝึกอบรม กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ กลุ่มที่ 1 นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4-6 จำนวน 315 คน ได้มาด้วยวิธีการสุ่ม แบบหลายขั้นตอน กลุ่มที่ 2 ผู้เชี่ยวชาญและนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5 รวมทั้งสิ้น 17 คน ได้มาด้วยวิธีการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ 1) แบบสอบถามความต้องการจำเป็น มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.98 2) หลักสูตร ฝึกอบรม 3) แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.84 4) แบบประเมินทักษะการปฏิบัติ มีดัชนีความสอดคล้อง 1.00 และแบบประเมินความพึงพอใจ มีดัชนีความสอดคล้อง 1.00 สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบที
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ผลการศึกษาความต้องการจำเป็นด้านสภาพที่เป็นจริง โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.94 ส่วนสภาพที่ควรจะเป็น โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดทุกด้าน มีค่าเฉลยเท่ากับ 4.87 2) ผลการพัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมประกอบด้วย 8 องค์ประกอบ และหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมมีความเหมาะสมและสอดคล้องกันทุกองค์ประกอบ และ 3) ผลการประเมินการใช้หลักสูตรฝึกอบรม พบว่า 3.1) นักเรียนมีความรู้หลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 3.2) นักเรียนมีทักษะการปฏิบัติกิจกรรมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด คิดเป็นร้อยละ 81.70 และ 3.3) นักเรียนมีความพึงพอใจ โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.68
