The Relationship between Learning Leadership of Administrators and Being a Learning Organization in Educational Institutions Narathiwat Primary Educational Service Area Office 2

Abstract

The objectives of this study were 1) to study the learning leadership of school administrators and learning organizations of educational institutions and 2) to compare the learning leadership of school administrators and learning organizations of educational institutions. 3) to study the relationship between the learning leadership of school administrators and the learning organization of educational institutions 4) to process the recommendations of school administrators and learning organization of educational institutions. The sample group used in this research were teachers in educational institutions in Narathiwat Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 from 346 teachers.The method used in this research is a 5-level
Rating Scale questionnaire consisting of a questionnaire on the learning leadership of school administrators which has a reliability of 0.94 and a questionnaire on the learning organization of educational institutions which has are liability of 0.96. The statistics used in data analysis consisted of percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson Correlation, test t-test and F-test
 
The results showed that: First, the learning leadership of administrators and learning organization of educational institutions overall was at a high level. Second, the comparison of the learning leadership of administrators and learning organization of educational institutions suggested that overall, each aspect was not different from each other. Third, the relationship between the learning leadership of administrators and being a learning organization in educational institutions was found to be significantly related at .01 level with a Pearson correlation coefficient of .64, indicating a moderate-level relationship. Lastly, suggestions from school administrators include continually reiterating shared vision and values to teachers
and personnel.
