บทคัดย่อ
ทฤษฎีฉันทามติทางวัฒนธรรม เป็นทฤษฎีสำหรับมุ่งหาคำตอบที่เหมาะสมและถูกต้องของคำถามที่ต้องการคำตอบโดยบุคคลที่อยู่ในวัฒนธรรมเดียวกันหรือกลุ่มเดียวกันเป็นผู้ตัดสิน เป็นการแก้ปัญหาความสามารถในการตัดสินใจของผู้เชี่ยวชาญที่มีความเชี่ยวชาญประสบการณ์ความแตกต่างกันในการตัดสินความเหมาะสมของแบบวัดโดยทฤษฎีฉันทามติทางวัฒนธรรมมี 2 รูปแบบ คือ 1) ฉันทามติแบบมีรูปแบบ 2) ฉันทามติแบบไม่มีรูปแบบ โดยบทความนี้ มุ่งนำเสนอสาระสำคัญของรูปแบบที่ 1 ซึ่งอยู่บนข้อตกลงเบื้องต้น 3 ประการ ประกอบด้วย 1. ความเป็นเอกมิติของแบบวัด 2. ความเป็นอิสระต่อกันของผู้ตอบ และ 3. ความถูกต้อง
