Teacher Ideology: Cultivate, Produce, and Liberation

Abstract
The problem of still staying as well as the decline in the quality of Thai education is a big topic of discussions, seminars have always been looking for solutions for decades. Especially, the quality of foundational education, which is compulsory education that is education of most of the youth. This article aims to analyze discourses and literature related to the ideology of being teachers of important persons or scholar used as a means of cultivating the ideology. This article also proposes an approach for producing ideological teachers. It is divided into recruiting, graduate production, welfare, and reward. Last is the liberation of teachers to freedom in thought and work.
