The Study of Implementation of the Evaluation Learning Management Model Based on STEM Education Approach for High School Teacher Level

Abstract

The purpose of the current study was to evaluate the validity of the evaluation learning management model based on the STEM education approach for high school teachers using the comparison of performances of teachers with high and low STEM literacy. The targets were 30 Mathayomsuksa teachers from schools participating in a STEM education program. The research
instruments were 1) a self-assessment form for instructional evaluation based on STEM education
approach for high school teachers, 2) an assessment form for instructional evaluation based on the STEM education approach for department headers, 3) an assessment form of instructional evaluation based on STEM education approach for peer teachers, and 4) an assessment form of instructional evaluation based on STEM education approach for students. The data were analyzed using Arithmetic mean score and standard deviation. The result of the study indicates that the evaluation learning management model based on the STEM education approach for high school teachers was found to be in construct validity.
