STEM Education Learning Management on Transportation of Water and Minerals in Plants for Development of Learning Management Process and Learning Achievement of Mathayomsuksa 5 Students

Abstract
The objectives of this research were to develop STEM education learning process management and learning achievement. The target group was Mathayomsuksa 5 students who study in Science Math Programe at Hatyaiwittayalai School, Songkhla province attending first semester of 2018 academic year. The sample consisted of Mathayomsuksa 5/1 students from a classroom (33 students) selected by purposive sampling. The instruments consisted of: 1) 4 teaching plans based on STEM education learning, 2) worksheets and 3) the achievement test. The statistic for the hypothesis test was Wilcoxon Matches Pairs. The result show that STEM education learning process management continuously developed in four action research cycles. The Mathayomsuksa 5 students continuously improved the learning achievement via STEM education learning management. The learning achievement of students after obtaining STEM education Learning management were statically higher than before at .05 level significance.
