บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาระบบฐานข้อมูลสารสนเทศสำหรับบริหารจัดการข้อมูลผลงานทางวิชาการของอาจารย์ และประเมินระบบจากการรับรู้ของผู้ใช้งานในด้านคุณภาพของระบบคุณภาพของข้อมูล การรับรู้ความง่ายในการใช้งาน การรับรู้ประโยชน์ และความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้ การวิจัยนี้ เป็นการวิจัยและพัฒนา ร่วมกับการประเมินผล กลุ่มตัวอย่างประกอบด้วยอาจารย์และบุคลากรที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการใช้ข้อมูลผลงานทางวิชาการของคณะสถาปัตยกรรมศาสตร์ ผังเมืองและนฤมิตศิลป์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหาสารคาม จำนวน 42 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ระบบฐานข้อมูลที่พัฒนาขึ้นและแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนาและค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ระบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นสามารถสนับสนุนการจัดเก็บ การค้นหา และการรายงานข้อมูลผลงานทางวิชาการได้อย่างเป็นระบบ ผู้ใช้งานมีความคิดเห็นต่อระบบโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากถึงมากที่สุด โดยเฉพาะด้านการรับรู้ประโยชน์และความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้ นอกจากนี้ ตัวแปรที่ศึกษามีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ สรุปได้ว่า ระบบฐานข้อมูลดังกล่าวสามารถใช้สนับสนุนการบริหารจัดการข้อมูลผลงานทางวิชาการภายในคณะ และมีศักยภาพในการพัฒนาต่อยอดเป็นฐานข้อมูลกลางขององค์กรได้
