Abstract
A Development of Model and Mechanisms of Vocational National Education Testing Utilization to Enhance the Competency’s Vocational Students aim to Development and assessment of Model and Mechanisms of Vocational National Education Testing Utilization to Enhance the Competency’s Vocational Students. This research Mixed Methods Research. A participant was teachers and administrators of Vocational colleges that tested Vocational National Education. Research instruments were Questionnaire of Vocational National Education Testing Utilization to Enhance the Competency’s Vocational Students of teachers and administrators, topic of Vocational National Education Testing Utilization to Enhance the Competency’s Vocational Students and Assessment of Model and Mechanisms of Vocational National Education Testing Utilization to Enhance the Competency’s Vocational Students form. Data analysis by frequency, percent, mean, standard deviation and correlation multilevel causal analysis and Qualitative data analysis.
The Model of Vocational National Education Testing Utilization to Enhance the Competency’s Vocational Students under the mechanisms and conditions for Testing Utilization: attitude, teachers professional development need, school atmospheres and testing Utilization leadership. The Model Include concept, purpose, source, testing Utilization procedural, mechanisms and conditions for Testing Utilization and model assessing. The Model were highest level of Utility Standards, Feasibility Standards, Propriety Standards, and Accuracy Standards.
