Abstract

Elevate Educational Institutions to Excellence in the Nakhon Ratchasima Province for support The Bureaucracy 4.0 on Causal Relationship Model “XYZ Model. This research purpose to  1) Study about factors to affect of the Elevate Educational Institutions to Excellence in the Nakhon Ratchasima Province for support The Bureaucracy 4.0 on Causal Relationship Model “XYZ Model” 2) Study factors to affect of the Elevate Educational Institutions to Excellence in the Nakhon Ratchasima Province for support The Bureaucracy 4.0 on Causal Relationship Model “XYZ Model” for concrete practice. 3) For Elevate  Education Administration and Educational Planning to achieve the goal by National Strategy this research with 11 following issues: present the data analysis and related research. There are two article’s objectives. First, article is aimed to study about factors to affect of the Elevate Educational Institutions to Excellence in the Nakhon Ratchasima Province for support The Bureaucracy 4.0 on Causal Relationship Model “XYZ Model” on document and related research and data analytics. The second, is aimed to study factors to affect of the Elevate Educational Institutions to Excellence in the Nakhon Ratchasima Province for support The Bureaucracy 4.0 on Causal Relationship Model “XYZ Model” for concrete practice. By document and related research by educational supervisor 56 people. And data analysis by contents data analysis. The results of the study found that 1) The factors to affect of the Elevate Educational Institutions to Excellence in the Nakhon Ratchasima Province for support The Bureaucracy 4.0 on Causal Relationship Model “XYZ Model” there were 68 factors classified into 5 types,  First form: factor about Public Service Development there are 10 factors,  Second form: factor about Fiscal Management there are 7 factors,  Third form: factor about Balancing of Government there are 8 factors, Fourth form: factor about Development Administration Systems of Government there are 22 factors and Fifth form: factor about Creation and Personnel Development of Government there are 21 factors. 2) Factors to affect of the Elevate Educational Institutions to Excellence in the Nakhon Ratchasima Province for support The Bureaucracy 4.0 on Causal Relationship Model “XYZ Model” for concrete practice all 68 factors there are 9 course that can be the cause of Educational Institutions elevate Administration and Management of Education to Strategics Excellent mission and spatial achieved the goal by National Strategy. 3) The results of the course education factors affect of the Elevate Educational Institutions to Excellence in the Nakhon Ratchasima Province for support The Bureaucracy 4.0 on Causal Relationship Model “XYZ Model” Fiscal year 2564 all 68 factors for concrete practice that Educational Institutions can elevate administration and management of education to excellence in the strategics, mission and spatial for achieved the goal by National Strategy there are 9 main issue.
