The Grouping of Ordinary National Educational Test Average Scores on Grade 6 Schools Level in Central and Bangkok Thailand for The Academic Year 2020 by Using Cluster

Abstract
This article is a secondary data analysis of Ordinary National Educational Test Ordinary National Educational Test (O-NET) average scores on grade 6 schools level in central and Bangkok Thailand. The population are 5,311 schools of grade 6 level that took O-NET in academic year 2020. The data are the average scores of 4 subjects: English, Thai, Mathematics and Science. Data were analyzed by using Non-hierarchical Cluster Analysis.
Results revealed that English and Mathematics subjects were in group 3 (the mean of English subjects=36.92, the mean of Mathematics=23.69) which was a small size schools in the suburban area. While Science subject was in group 2 (mean=38.38) and Thai subject was in group 1 (mean=54.40) The results can be used in planning or deciding to find a way to develop or improve the teaching and learning management of English and Mathematics at the elementary level to be suitable for each schools and learners.
