The Develop of Guidelines for Master Program of Public Administration in Buriram Rajabhat University

Abstract

This study aims to study the development guidelines for the Master of Public Administration curriculum. Buriram Rajabhat University in 4 areas: curriculum management specialization academic relations and additional subjects. The samples were current students and alumni of the Master of Public Administration Program. Buriram Rajabhat University, 41 people. The tools used to collect data were questionnaires, which were 3 types: Check List, Rating Scale, 5 levels, and Open-ended Form. confidence (Reliability) was 0.8606. The basic statistics used in data analysis were percentage, mean and standard deviation. The study found that 1) An overall approach to development based on the opinions of current students and alumni of Master of Public Administration Program Buriram Rajabhat University as a whole is at the level very much (= 4.30). When considering each aspect, it was found that the aspect with the highest average was the curriculum management (= 4.34), followed by the relational subject (= 4.34), and the additional subjects (= 4.29) in specific subjects (= 4.25), respectively. 2) The opinions and other suggestions that have the highest number are that the curriculum should be sequenced appropriately. accounted for 31.20 percent, followed by content should be arranged to be consistent with the present Representing 24.57 percent and there should be a seminar to exchange learning experiences between institutions. representing 18.21 percent.
