Abstract

The objective research was to study the adaptation strategy of students towards global citizenship in the 21^st century, The faculty of management science, Buriram Rajabhat University. However, the sample groups used in this research are students of all disciplines of the Faculty of Management 340 persons. The tools used for data collection were questionnaires and analyzed data using basic statistics, percentage, mean, standard deviation and inferential statistics, multiple regression analysis the results of the research were as follows: body adaptation strategies of students as a whole there is a high average. However, students have a better attitude towards their studies. Student behavior changes there is a response to the current situation and students have a more complete life expectancy according to various events, strategy for self-conceptual adjustment of students as a high average. There for, students know to maintain and display their own image in a good way. Moreover, students have different perspectives and ideas from the past and can consider widely the events of the country and students have confidence in their own better personality role adaptation strategy of students as a whole there is a high average. Students had a top priority on the role of learning. Students have reasonable solutions to immediate problems in education and students can analyze study options efficiently and dependency adaptation strategies of students as a whole the mean is at the highest level. Thus the student choose technology to be used as a communication channel to build relationships with fellow students. However, students choose to be effective in a group work or group activities are more adaptable to approach society than to live alone. However, student adaptation strategies had a positive correlation to the factors of situational awareness of environmental resources and public health and social interaction. There for the strategies for positive students had adaptation toward performance dependent variables were statistically significant at the level of 0.01 and behavioral aspects statistically significant at a level of 0.05.
