Analysis of Sufficiency Economy Philosophy and Application from the results of research

Abstract

This article aimed to study how to apply the sufficiency economy philosophy of the people in different village, where the author conducted the research and used as a proper practical guideline for the livelihood of farmers, Employees in public and private sectors. The samples used for the research were the samples from 6 research projects consisted with the 1,500 persons of agriculturists, employees of public and private sector by sampling in each project. The tool used for this research was the content analysis. The results were found that most people had a different way in applying the sufficiency economy philosophy. This was due to different opinions and insights, the success was different. Some people could turn the crisis into an opportunity to make income for themselves, but many people understood how to apply the economic sufficiency philosophy, so it could not be applied effectively. Many people had not applied, but had stated that they applied it correctly. Therefore, the practice of sufficiency economy philosophy must begin firstly with understanding in its real meaning and then they would be able to correctly follow the three loops and two conditions in Sufficiency Economy Philosophy.
