Abstract

This research aimed to study the paradigms management and corporate social responsibility to contribute to the success of human resource management. The samples included 243 entrepreneurs of medium-sized and small-sized businesses in Buriram Province. The research consisted of testing the accuracy and reliability of the tool. The statistics used in this study consisted of descriptive statistics, correlation analysis and regression analysis. The study found that 1) The paradigms management of human resource management, which consisted of recruiting, personnel packing to work, personnel management after the training, effected in positive achievements of human resource management. 2) Corporate social responsibility which included hiring in the local, social assistance and environmental conservation effected positively to the success of human resource management. The results of this research were as a guide for applying to the management of human resources within the context of further Buriram Province.
