POLICY AND MEASURE DEVELOPMENT OF ALIEN LABOR RIGHTS PROTECTION IN MARINE FISHERY SECTOR

Abstract
The research aimed to 1) study the content of policy and measure development of alien labor rights protection in marine fishery sector, and 2) study the problems and barriers of alien labor rights protection in marine fishery sector.
The research results indicated that 1) the content of policy and measure development of alien labor rights protection in marine fishery sector found that policies and measures in each period were with unclear directions due to the different governments with the different policies and measures, thus allowing the lack of appropriate alien labor rights protection,2) the problems and barriers of alien labor rights protection in marine fishery sector found that the polices and measures were not completed, resulting in the lack of appropriate alien labor rights protection, and proposed guidelines for the development of policies and measures for the protection of the rights of alien labor in marine fisheries sector must be clear and listen to the problems of all sectors. Alien labor in workers in the marine fisheries sector must have full access to their rights and equal rights protection without discrimination.
