A Structural Equation Model of Participation in Operation Community Enterprises Huadong Subdistrict Nadoon District Mahasarakham Province

Abstract
This research consists purposes were 1) factors affecting the participation in operation community enterprises and 2) develop model and examine consistency of a structural equation model of participation in operation community enterprises Huadong subdistrict Nadoon district Mahasarakham province. This research is quantitative research. The research instruments consisted of questionnaires. The sample group is members of the Huadong subdistrict community enterprise Group. The sample size was determined based on the concept of using structural equation modeling (SEM) statistics, using at least 10 - 20 units of samples per 1 parameter to be estimated. In this research, there were a total of 15 parameters to be estimated. The researcher used 20 units of samples per 1 parameter. Therefore, the appropriate sample size was 300 samples. The tool for data were analyzed by mean, standard deviation, Skewness and Kurtosis, relationship coefficient, along with structural equation modeling in the AMOS program. The results showed 1) the levels of the factors affecting the participation in operation community enterprises was at a high level, by ordering the highest to the lowest as the follows: Planning (= 4.28, S.D = 0.32) Product (
= 4.19, S.D = 0.42) and Income side (
= 4.17, S.D = 0.34). 2) structural equation model of participation in operation community enterprises Huadong subdistrict is planning, product, Income side and Community Enterprises. The data analysis with confirmatory factor analysis, model is consistent to empirically data as the statistic chi-square (x2)= 1.168, p-value = .105, df= 105, GFI= .965, AGFI = .902, CFI = .991, RMR = .032, RMSEA = .024
