     (b) For article authors who are external individuals, a fee of 3,000 THB per article must be paid.

Conditions for Article Processing Charges (APC):
     1) The APC will be enforced starting from Vol. 4, No. 1, onwards.
     2) The APC will only be collected after the article passes the initial review from the editor.
     3) If the peer reviewers reject an article, the journal will not refund any fees.

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบของผู้นิพนธ์

- ผลงานที่ส่งให้พิจารณาตีพิมพ์ในวารสารจะต้องไม่เคยตีพิมพ์ที่ใดมาก่อนและไม่อยู่ระหว่างการพิจารณาเพื่อตีพิมพ์ในวารสารหรือสิ่งพิมพ์ทางวิชาการอื่น

- ผลงานที่ส่งให้พิจารณาตีพิมพ์จะต้องไม่มีส่วนใดที่เป็นการลอกเลียนผลงานวิชาการ (plagiarism) ทั้งของตนเองและผู้อื่น และมีการอ้างอิงผลงานอย่างถูกต้องและครบถ้วน

- ไม่สร้างข้อมูลเท็จหรือบิดเบือนข้อมูลในการรายงานผลการวิจัย

- ปฏิบัติตามจริยธรรมในเรื่องเกี่ยวกับความเป็นผู้นิพนธ์ (authorship) อย่างเคร่งครัด กล่าวคือชื่อ ผู้นิพนธ์ทุกชื่อที่ปรากฏในบทความจะต้องเป็นผู้ที่มีส่วนร่วมอย่างสำคัญในการทำวิจัยและไม่ละเลยหรือตัดชื่อบุคคลที่มี ส่วนสำคัญในการทำวิจัยคนใดออกจากบทความ

- หากมีผู้นิพนธ์หลายคน ผู้นิพนธ์ทุกคนจะต้องเห็นชอบกับต้นฉบับบทความและเห็นชอบกับการส่งต้นฉบับ บทความนั้นให้วารสารพิจารณาตีพิมพ์
