(b) For article authors who are external individuals, a fee of 3,000 THB per article must be paid.

1) The APC will be enforced starting from Vol. 4, No. 1, onwards.

Responsibilities of Authors
Manuscripts submitted for consideration for publication in the journal must not have been previously published and must not be under consideration for publication in any other journal or academic publication.
Submitted manuscripts must not contain any form of plagiarism, whether of the authors’ own work or that of others, and all sources must be properly and completely cited.
Authors must not fabricate or falsify data in reporting research results.
Authors must strictly adhere to ethical standards regarding authorship. All individuals listed as authors must have made significant contributions to the research, and no person who has made a substantial contribution to the research should be omitted from the article.
In the case of multiple authors, all authors must approve the final manuscript and agree to its submission to the journal for consideration of publication.
