The objectives of this research were 1) To develop the Mobile Web Instruction on Object Oriented Programming for Java Programming for Undergraduate Students to achieve the efficiency not less than 90 percent, 2) to compare the academic achievement between the pretest and posttest of learning with the MobileWeb Instruction on Object Oriented Programming for Java Programming for Undergraduate Students, 3) to study examine the satisfaction of the undergraduate students with the Mobile Web Instruction on Object Oriented Programming for Java Programming for Undergraduate Students. A sample was selected from the undergraduate students in Computer and Information Technology Major, Faculty of Science, Thaksin University, Phattalung Campus during the first semester of the 2015 academic year. They were purposive sample techniques. The instruments consisted of 1) The Mobile Web Instruction on Object Oriented Programming for Java Programming for Undergraduate Student, 2) an academic achievement test with the 0.73 reliability, 3) a questionnaire asking undergraduate student's satisfaction with The Mobile Web Instruction with the 0.91 reliability. The data were analyzed using such statistics as percentage, arithmetic means, standard deviations and t-test dependent.

The results of this study were as follows : The Mobile Web Instruction on Object Oriented Programming for Java Programming for Undergraduate Student showed the efficiency of 90.35 percent. A comparison of undergraduate student's academic achievement revealed that the undergraduate students who have posttest different higher pretest showed a 0.05 significant. The undergraduate students showed a "high" level of satisfaction with the Mobile Web Instruction on Object Oriented Programming for Java Programming for Undergraduate Student.
