The purpose of this research is to evaluate Turath Studies Program (TSP) integrated curriculum and study the guidelines for improving the integrated curriculum of the TSP program at Tontanyong School using the CIPP Model (Context, Input, Process and Product Model) evaluation. The research instruments consisted of questionnaires and interview forms for improving the integrated curriculum of the TSP program. Data were collected from teachers and students and analyzed by finding the mean, standard deviation and content analysis. The research results found that (1) The evaluation results showed that teachers rated the integrated curriculum at a high level (M = 4.02), while students rated it at a moderate level (M = 3.89). (2) Guideline for improving the context is to create understanding between the team and administrators who do not truly understand the integrated curriculum of the TSP program, which leads to different viewpoints in promoting and supporting this curriculum.
For the input aspect, the school should admit students with strong academic performance, adequate foundational knowledge, language proficiency, and appropriate readiness. It should also organize activities aligned with the integrated TSP curriculum to address students’ needs, interests, and aptitudes, such as visits to pondok institutions and participation in supplementary classes during school breaks.
For the process aspect, a program coordinator should be appointed to oversee student development and related activities. In addition, a systematic supervision and follow-up mechanism should be established through an internal supervision committee, along with regular engagement of external experts to provide professional development for teachers.
For the product aspect, students enrolled in the integrated TSP program should be encouraged to achieve recognition at the community, district, and provincial levels, as well as to attain satisfactory academic performance.
