The Relationship between Administrative Motivation of School Administrators and Effectiveness of Schools Pattani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2

Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the administrative motivation of school administrators 2) to study the relationship between the administrative motivation of school administrators and effectiveness of schools 3) to process the recommendations of administrative motivation of school administrators. The sample group used in this research was civil servants in
educational institutions under Pattani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 for 230 people. The method used in this research is a 5-level Rating Scale questionnaire consisting of a questionnaire on the administrative motivation of school administrators which has a reliability of 0.98 and a questionnaire on the effectiveness of schools which has a reliability of 0.96. The statistics used in data analysis consisted of percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson Correlation.
The results showed that: First, the administrative motivation of school administrators overall level was at a high level highest average was in the area of acceptance and respect and second, the research found a significant relationship between the administrative motivation of
school administrators and effectiveness of schools overall there was a moderate correlation in a positive direction with statistical significance at the .01 (Pearson Correlation = 0.69).Lastly, suggestions regarding the administrative motivation of school administrators and the effectiveness
of the school include: school administrators should help teachers solve problems that arise and ask more experienced teachers for advice on how to do the job. In order to complete the work according to the goals.
