การบริหารจัดการเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารของผู้บริหารสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานราธิวาส เขต 2

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับการบริหารจัดการเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารของผู้บริหาร 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบการบริหารจัดการเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารของผู้บริหาร 3) เพื่อประมวลข้อเสนอแนะของการบริหารจัดการเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารของผู้บริหาร กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ครูผู้สอนในสถานศึกษา สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานราธิวาส เขต 2 ปีการศึกษา 2565 จำนวน 343 คน โดยคำนวณจากการใช้สูตรของยามาเน่ เครื่องมือที่ใช้เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า จำนวน 40 ข้อ มีค่า IOC ตั้งแต่ 0.67-1.00 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นอยู่ที่ระดับ 0.97 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป สถิติที่ใช้คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบียงเบนมาตรฐาน ทดสอบค่าที (t-test) ทดสอบค่าเอฟ (F-test) และการทดสอบความแตกต่างด้วยวิธีของเชฟเฟ (Scheffe's method)
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ระดับการบริหารจัดการเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารของผู้บริหาร โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) การเปรียบเทียบการบริหารจัดการเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารของผู้บริหาร พบว่า ตัวแปรเพศและระดับการศึกษา ภาพรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน และตัวแปรประสบการณ์การทำงาน ระดับการบริหารจัดการเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารของผู้บริหาร ในภาพรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ ทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ส่วนตัวแปรขนาดของสถานศึกษาระดับการบริหารจัดการเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารของผู้บริหาร ภาพรวมไม่แตกต่างกันยกเว้นด้านการสนับสนุนการใช้เทคโนโลยีในการเรียนการสอน และด้านการพัฒนา ระบบเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ตและซอฟต์แวร์ของผู้บริหารแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3) ผลการประมวลข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับการบริหารจัดการเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารของผู้บริหาร สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานราธิวาส เขต 2 พบว่า 1) ผู้บริหารควรส่งเสริมให้บุคลากรเข้ารับการอบรมการใช้เทคโนโลยีอย่างต่อเนื่อง 2) ผู้บริหารควรส่งเสริมให้บุคลากรในสถานศึกษาได้ใช้เทคโนโลยีในการเรียนการสอนอย่างสม่ำเสมอ 3) ผู้บริหารควรมีการพัฒนาเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เนตและซอฟต์แวร์ในสถานศึกษาให้สามารถใช้งานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และ 4) ผู้บริหารควรสนับสนุนให้บุคลากรได้นำเทคโนโลยีมาใช้ภายในสถานศึกษาตามความเหมาะสม
