Globalization Leadership of School Administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Bangkok 2

Abstract
The purpose of this research was to study and compare the levels of Globalization leadership of school administrators under the secondary education service area office Bangkok 2. The sample group in this research was 357 teachers who work under the secondary educational service area office Bangkok 2 in the academic year 2022. The samples were categorized by using Cohen’s random samples which were selected by multi-stage sampling. The instrument was a questionnaire querying teachers’ opinions about the globalization leadership of school administrators with a reliability of 0.990. The statistics used in the data analyzed were mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Scheffe's multiple comparison method. The findings were as follows: 1) The globalization leadership of school administrators under the secondary educational service area office Bangkok 2 as a whole was at a high level.; 2) The opinions of the teachers about globalization leadership of school administrators under the secondary educational service area office Bangkok 2 with different educational backgrounds and academic standings were found to be different at a significant level of .05 and the opinions of the teachers about globalization leadership of school administrators under the secondary educational service area office Bangkok 2 with different school groups were found to be with no different.
