องค์ประกอบสมรรถนะทางวัฒนธรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสังเคราะห์องค์ประกอบสมรรถนะทางวัฒนธรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จากคำถามวิจัยที่ว่า องค์ประกอบสมรรถนะทางวัฒนธรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาต้องมีอะไรบ้าง โดยใช้วิธีการวิจัยแบบทบทวนวรรณกรรมเชิงบูรณาการ ขั้นตอนการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย การระบุสภาพปัญหาที่นำมาสู่การวิจัย การค้นหาและเลือกวรรณกรรม การรวบรวมข้อมูล การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล และการนำเสนอข้อมูล ตามลำดับ สำหรับการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลต้องมีจำนวนวรรณกรรมที่เห็นสอดคล้องกันอย่างน้อยห้าชิ้นงาน องค์ประกอบนั้นจึงจะถูกนำมาจัดเป็นองค์ประกอบสมรรถนะทางวัฒนธรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา
ผลการสังเคราะห์องค์ประกอบสมรรถนะทางวัฒนธรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สรุปได้เป็น 4 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ ความตระหนักทางวัฒนธรรม ความรู้ทางวัฒนธรรม ทักษะทางวัฒนธรรม และความไวทางวัฒนธรรม ผลการวิจัยนี้นำไปสู่การให้ความสำคัญกับการสรรหา การคัดเลือก การพัฒนา และการฝึกอบรมผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาด้านสมรรถนะทางวัฒนธรรมต่อไปได้
