การศึกษาการจัดบริการแนะแนวเพื่อพัฒนาผู้เรียนในศตวรรษที่ 21

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาลักษณะการจัดบริการแนะแนวเพื่อพัฒนาผู้เรียนในศตวรรษที่ 21 และ 2) เสนอแนวทางการจัดบริการแนะแนวเพื่อพัฒนาผู้เรียนในศตวรรษที่ 21 ด้วยวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ (Qualitative Research) ผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลัก ครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ครูแนะแนว ครูแนะแนวดีเด่น ผู้เชี่ยวชาญงานแนะแนวจากกระทรวงศึกษาธิการ อาจารย์ผู้สอนแนะแนวในมหาวิทยาลัย และตัวแทนผู้เรียน ซึ่งได้มาจากการเลือกกรณีศึกษา ในสถานศึกษาระดับมัธยมศึกษาในภูมิภาคตะวันตก และจากการประชุมวิพากษ์ของผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิในการประชุมวิพากษ์แนวทางการจัดบริการแนะแนวเพื่อพัฒนาผู้เรียนในศตวรรษที่ 21
ผลการศึกษาวิจัย พบว่า มีการจัดบริการแนะแนวต่าง ๆ ให้กับผู้เรียนทั้งด้านการศึกษา อาชีพ ส่วนตัวและสังคม เป็นลักษณะกิจกรรมที่ส่งเสริมให้ผู้เรียนค้นพบศักยภาพของตนเองใน 5 ลักษณะการบริการ ดังนี้ 1) บริการสำรวจข้อมูลผู้เรียนเป็นรายบุคคล 2) บริการสารสนเทศ 3) บริการให้การปรึกษา 4) บริการจัดวางตัวบุคคล และ 5) บริการติดตามผล ส่วนแนวทางการจัดบริการแนะแนวเพื่อพัฒนาผู้เรียนในศตวรรษที่ 21 พบว่า การจัดบริการแนะแนวให้มีประสิทธิภาพต้องได้รับความร่วมมือจากหลายฝ่าย ได้แก่ 1) การกำหนดนโยบาย และการสนับสนุนด้านการแนะแนว 2) การส่งเสริมบทบาทและพัฒนาบุคลากรด้านการแนะแนว 3) การแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ของบุคลากรด้านงานแนะแนว 4) การทำแผนการจัดกิจกรรมแนะแนวที่ทันสมัย 5) การนำเทคโนโลยีมาใช้ในการจัดการเรียนการสอน 6) การส่งเสริมให้ผู้เรียนมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดกิจกรรมแนะแนว
