Government Teacher and Education Personnel’s Opinion on the Welfare of the Office of the Welfare Promotion Commission for Teachers and Educational Personnel in Bangsaphannoi Under the Jurisdiction of the Office of Prachuapkhirikhan Primary Education Area 1

Abstract

This study was conducted to study government teacher and education personnel 's opinion on the welfare of the Office of Welfare Promotion Commission for Teachers and Educational Personnel in Bangsaphannoi Under the jurisdiction of the Office of Prachuapkhirikhan Primary Education Area 1, the population consisted of teachers and educational personnel in all schools in Bangsaphannoi Under the jurisdiction of the Office of Prachuapkhirikhan Primary Education Area 1, academic year 2020, 22 schools in number 277 people and the sample were teachers and educational personnel in all schools in Bangsaphannoi Under the jurisdiction of the Office of Prachuapkhirikhan Primary Education Area 1, academic year 2020, the number of schools was 22 in number 153 people. The sample size was determined by the method of calibration by R. V. Krejcie & D. W. Morgan.

The study indicated that the opinion of teachers and educational personnel in Bangsaphannoi Under the jurisdiction of the Office of Prachuapkhirikhan Primary Education Area 1, the welfare of the Office of Welfare Promotion and Welfare of Teachers and Educational Personnel in all 5 aspects was at a high level. The top three rankings were Foundation to help education for children, teachers and educational personnel, followed by cremation of welfare, helping fellow teachers and educational personnel. Fire victims and natural disasters and the funeral support to help friends, teachers and educational personnel. The Comparative effect of teachers' opinion on the welfare of the Office of the Welfare Promotion Commission for Teachers and Educational Personnel in Bangsaphannoi under the Jurisdiction of the Office of Prachuapkhirikhan Primary Education Area 1, classified by age, salary, gender and marital status. There was no statistically significant difference at the 0.05 level.
