Examining a Lively Space in Chang Moi District by Jan Gehl's Idea

Abstract
This research article’s purpose was examining lively factors in Chang Moi district by Jan Gehl’s lively city that has three components, viz people, activity and city space which work together under specific conditions and create social interactions until liveliness appearing. The study methods were only observations such as drawing, tracing and photographic that avoided interactive with case studies for receiving real information in that area. Finally, the conclusion from the lively space in Chang Moi district showed that liveliness was formed by activity conditions, spatial mechanism and local cultural (the way of life) on functionally city space which should be other area’s development suggestions in Chang Moi.
