The homestay has a physical surroundings that includes residential , Agricultural storage, barn and kitchen garden. Behavioral and activity is a rural style. Therefore, the design guidelines for the homestay by dividing the area to be proportionate and in accordance with the rural style. Can regulate the utilization For homestay owners, residents, in addition to house vacationers and supplying decorations that specific the arts, wisdom, that is the cultural fee of the community.
