แนวทางการจัดการพื้นที่เชิงสถาปัตยกรรมสำหรับร้านหนังสืออิสระในฐานะสถานที่ที่สาม: กรณีศึกษาร้านน้ำพุบุ๊คสโตร์ จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์

บทคัดย่อ

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเสนอแนวทางการจัดการพื้นที่เชิงสถาปัตยกรรมสำหรับการพัฒนาร้านหนังสืออิสระสู่การเป็นสถานที่ที่สาม เพื่อการปรับตัวในยุคดิจิทัล โดยศึกษาร้านน้ำพุบุ๊คสโตร์ จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ ด้วยระเบียบวิธีวิจัยแบบผสมผสานจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 50 ราย ผลการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความคาดหวังต่อความเป็นสถานที่ที่สามในระดับมาก โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยระหว่าง 2.92-2.98 ทั้งนี้ ลูกค้าเดิมร้อยละ 80 ต้องการพื้นที่อเนกประสงค์สำหรับจัดกิจกรรมเวิร์กช็อป ขณะที่กลุ่มเป้าหมายใหม่ร้อยละ 66.66 ให้ความสำคัญกับมุมสงบเพื่อใช้เป็นพื้นที่กำบังตามหลักจิตวิทยาสถาปัตยกรรมก่อนเริ่มปฏิสัมพันธ์ทางสังคม ผลการวิเคราะห์นำไปสู่แนวทางการจัดการพื้นที่ 6 ส่วน ผ่านการประยุกต์ใช้กลยุทธ์ 3C ได้แก่ (1) การสร้างชุมชน โดยสร้างเครือข่ายทางสังคมและส่งเสริมปฏิสัมพันธ์ระหว่างผู้คน (2) การคัดสรร โดยเลือกหนังสือที่สะท้อนอัตลักษณ์ท้องถิ่นและรสนิยมเฉพาะ เพื่อสร้างคุณค่าที่แตกต่างจากระบบอีคอมเมิร์ซ และ (3) การรวมตัว โดยใช้พื้นที่เป็นศูนย์กลางจัดกิจกรรมทางปัญญาและนันทนาการ สรุปได้ว่า แนวทางดังกล่าวสามารถใช้เป็นโมเดลต้นแบบในการฟื้นฟูธุรกิจดั้งเดิมในย่านเมืองเก่าให้เป็นพื้นที่ทางปัญญาที่ยั่งยืน ช่วยรักษาจิตวิญญาณของเมืองและส่งเสริมระบบนิเวศทางปัญญาที่รองรับพฤติกรรมผู้ใช้งานต่างช่วงวัย อันนำไปสู่การยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของชุมชนในระดับภูมิภาคท่ามกลางการเปลี่ยนแปลงสู่ยุคดิจิทัล
