As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
The text is single-spaced; uses a 16-point TH SarabunPSK font; employs italics and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author's Guidelines.
It can be presented in Thai or English, and the abstract must be included in Thai and English.

Manuscripts Preparation
Manuscripts must be prepared using the Microsoft Word for Windows program in A4 page size, setting margins on all sides with 1 inch (2.54 cm). The layout should be in a single-column format. Authors must use the TH SarabunPSK as a font format and Thai numbers (excluding the English versions of the abstract and references). The font sizes must be 16 pt, 16 pt, 16 pt, and 12 pt for the article title, author names, content, and footnote numbers, respectively. Authors must put page numbers on every page except the first page. The manuscript length must be 8–15 pages, including references, and must follow the journal’s template.
The abstract in Thai and English should not exceed 1 page and should be typed in 1 column with approximately 300-500 words in length. In the article, keywords must be included in both the Thai abstract and the English abstract with no more than 5
The main text (in both Thai and English) must follow the single-column format specified by the journal.
If an article is accompanying images or tables, they should be obvious and include the correct and verified reference, and then it must not infringe on the copyright of others. Images must be sharp and easily readable. Image files, charts, and tables must have a resolution of at least 300 Tables and images should be labeled Table 1 and Figure 1, respectively.
References must be sorted alphabetically, with separate sections for Thai and English.
The submitted work must not have been published elsewhere.
To submit a manuscript, authors must provide two document files, which are: 1) the article file in the specified journal format in Microsoft Word format (DOCX), and 2) the file of an article publishing application form in Microsoft Word format (DOCX). Then, authors provide the attached 2 files in the system according to the procedure and leave a note of clarification to editors.
The editor will review preliminary articles and forward them to the editorial team for consideration and for experts choosing. Articles will be sent to experts for quality and suitability assessments of articles before publication. In case revisions are required, authors must complete all corrections within the specified time frame, starting from the date of the evaluation results are received.
Authors who have already revised their articles according to the reviewers must submit their revised articles into the online system according to the procedure for the editorial team to proceed.
The reference list must be completed and properly formatted in accordance with APA 7th edition guidelines.
Type of Articles
Research article: A written work is presenting research results systematically. It includes an introduction, problem background, objectives, research methodologies, theoretical framework, data collection and analysis, and a summary and discussion of results (can have different topics or compliments). It aims to contribute to academic progress in educational assessment and evaluation.
Academic Article: An interesting paper presents a new body of knowledge, practical guidelines, techniques of testing, assessment, and analysis, and solving clues. The applicable concepts or knowledge are used as theoretical ideas for analyzing, synthesizing, and summarizing findings. Authors can express their perspectives according to academic principles. The content structure is systematic and entirely accomplishment for easy comprehension, clarification, and usefulness to readers.
Review Article: A writing in which the author criticizes concepts, knowledge from literature reviews, or research results in the past. The authors use analyzing and synthesizing to compare perspectives, knowledge, concepts, and theories for reviewing academic progress in evaluation and assessment and for indicating trends of new academic knowledge seeking and understandings.
Miscellany: A general article about expressing opinions, inquiries, discussing, Q&A, written letter to the editor, leads to actual practices for those involved in the education field such as educational areas, institutions, school administrators, etc. Most issues are related to education at the national level and are providing guidance on policy implementation.
