แนวทางการสร้างโอกาสทางเศรษฐกิจและแก้ปัญหาความยากจนด้วยทุนทางสังคม: กรณีศึกษาชุมชนตำบลเมืองมาย อำเภอแจ้ห่ม จังหวัดลำปาง

บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาทุนทางสังคมที่นำเสนอกระบวนการส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวโดยใช้ทุนทางสังคมชุมชนตำบลเมืองมาย อำเภอ แจ้ห่ม จังหวัดลำปาง และเพื่อนำเสนอการนำทุนทางสังคมสร้างโอกาสทางเศรษฐกิจและลดความยากจนของชุมชน โดยใช้การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ รวบรวมด้วยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก การสนทนากลุ่ม และการปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วม กลุ่มเป้าหมายคือ ผู้นำชุมชน วิสาหกิจชุมชน คนจนเป้าหมายในระบบ และหน่วยงานท้องถิ่น รวมจำนวน 82 ราย ใช้วิเคราะห์เนื้อหาเชิงอุปนัย ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ตำบลเมืองมายมีการใช้ทุนทางสังคมในหลายมิติ เช่น ความสัมพันธ์ในครอบครัว เครือข่ายชุมชน ระบบความเชื่อและวัฒนธรรม ผู้นำที่ชุมชนไว้วางใจ และทุนทางธรรมชาติและธรณีวิทยาที่สามารถนำมาใช้ในการจัดกิจกรรมการท่องเที่ยวเชิงบูรณาการระหว่างเชิงวัฒนธรรม เชิงธรณีวิทยา และเชิงนิเวศ ซึ่งกิจกรรม “เมืองมายแอมโมไนต์รัน” เป็นกิจกรรมที่นำเสนอเส้นทางท่องเที่ยวธรรมชาติ ธรณีวิทยาและนำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์ชุมชนที่ช่วยเพิ่มรายได้ให้กับชุมชนโดยตรงทั้งยังส่งผลให้เกิดการตั้งกองทุนพัฒนาชุมชนที่สะท้อนให้เห็นถึงการใช้ทุนทางสังคมเป็นกลไกสำคัญในการสร้างความเข้มแข็งทางเศรษฐกิจและเป็นเครื่องมือในการแก้ปัญหาความยากจนในระดับชุมชน
