กลไกการจัดการโซ่อุปทานของผู้ประกอบการหอยแมลงภู่แบบมีส่วนร่วม ตำบลโคกขาม อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดสมุทรสาคร

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาการจัดการโซ่อุปทานหอยแมลงภู่ 2) วิเคราะห์กิจกรรมในโซ่อุปทาน และ 3) เสนอแนะแนวทางการจัดการโซ่อุปทานแบบมีส่วนร่วมในพื้นที่ตำบลโคกขาม อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดสมุทรสาคร ดำเนินการโดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน เก็บข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณจากผู้ประกอบการเพาะเลี้ยงหอยแมลงภู่ วิเคราะห์ด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา และใช้การสนทนากลุ่มเพื่อวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) การจัดการโซ่อุปทาน เป็นระบบผสมผสานระหว่างภูมิปัญญาดั้งเดิมและเทคโนโลยีสมัยใหม่ โดยมีพ่อค้าคนกลางเป็นกลไกหลักควบคู่กับการขยายตัวสู่ตลาดออนไลน์และการแปรรูปเพื่อเพิ่มมูลค่า 2) กิจกรรมในโซ่อุปทาน มีการปรับประยุกต์ตามบริบทท้องถิ่น โดยกิจกรรมหลักส่งผลโดยตรงต่อประสิทธิภาพการเพาะเลี้ยงและการจำหน่าย ส่วนกิจกรรมสนับสนุนช่วยเสริมสร้างความยั่งยืนและความสามารถในการแข่งขัน 3) ข้อเสนอแนะเชิงนโยบาย ควรมุ่งเน้นการสร้างความร่วมมือในระดับชุมชน ส่งเสริมการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศจัดการข้อมูล พัฒนามาตรฐานและแบรนด์สินค้า รวมถึงการสนับสนุนจากภาครัฐและสถาบันการศึกษา เพื่อยกระดับศักยภาพการแข่งขันและสร้างความมั่นคงในมิติเศรษฐกิจ สังคม และสิ่งแวดล้อมอย่างยั่งยืน
