บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อหาปัจจัยด้านการบริหารจัดการซัพพลายเยอร์ที่ส่งผลต่อสินค้าคงคลังในบริษัทผลิตอุปกรณ์ไฟฟ้าและชิ้นส่วนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ขนาดกลางและขนาดเล็ก ผู้วิจัยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ (Qualitative Research) แบบการศึกษาเฉพาะกรณีและใช้การสัมภาษณ์แบบสัมภาษณ์ส่วนบุคคลเชิงเจาะลึก (In-depth Interview) จำนวน 5 ท่าน และจากนักวิชาการจำนวน 3 ท่าน การตรวจสอบความแม่นตรงของข้อมูลใช้วิธีการตรวจสามเส้าของแหล่งข้อมูล (Data Triangulation) ตรวจสอบข้อมูล 3 เส้า ผลวิจัยพบว่าปัจจัยด้านซัพพลายเยอร์ที่ส่งผลต่อสินค้าคงคลัง ได้แก่ 1. ปัจจัยด้านความเชื่อใจระหว่างซัพพลายเยอร์กับผู้ผลิต 2. ปัจจัยด้านคุณภาพ 3. ปัจจัยด้านระยะเวลาการส่งมอบ 4. ปัจจัยด้านความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างซัพพลายเยอร์กับผู้ผลิต
