Supplier Management Factors Affecting Inventory in Small and Medium-sized Electronics and Electrical Parts Manufacturers

Abstract

The research aimed to find the supplier management factors which affected the inventory in small and medium-sized electronics and electrical parts manufacturers.The researcher employed the qualitative research which was the case study research technique and used the in-depth interview technique by interviewing with five relevant people and three academic experts. The data triangulation technique was employed to check the accuracy of data. The research results found that the supplier management factors affecting inventory were 1. trust between suppliers and manufacturers factor 2. quality factor 3. delivery time factor and 4. relationship between suppliers and manufacturers factor, respectively.
