การประยุกต์ใช้ปัญญาประดิษฐ์เชิงสร้างสรรค์ในการพัฒนาเครื่องมือวิจัยทางการศึกษา: กรอบแนวคิดเชิงวิธีวิทยา

บทคัดย่อ

การพัฒนาเครื่องมือวิจัยทางการศึกษาเป็นกระบวนการสำคัญที่ส่งผลโดยตรงต่อคุณภาพ ความน่าเชื่อถือ และความหมายของผลการวิจัย อย่างไรก็ตาม นักวิจัยจำนวนมากยังประสบปัญหาในการพัฒนาเครื่องมือวิจัยที่มีความสอดคล้องเชิงทฤษฎีและมีคุณภาพด้านการวัดและประเมินผล ขณะเดียวกัน ความก้าวหน้าของปัญญาประดิษฐ์เชิงสร้างสรรค์ (Generative Artificial Intelligence: GenAI)โดยเฉพาะเครื่องมือที่อาศัยแบบจำลองภาษาขนาดใหญ่ (Large Language Models: LLMs) และการประมวลผลภาษาธรรมชาติ (Natural Language Processing: NLP) ได้เปิดโอกาสใหม่ในการสนับสนุนการนิยามตัวแปร การกำหนดตัวชี้วัด การร่างข้อคำถาม และการตรวจสอบความชัดเจนของภาษาเบื้องต้น แต่การประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีดังกล่าวในการพัฒนาเครื่องมือวิจัยยังขาดกรอบเชิงวิธีวิทยา (methodological framework) ที่เชื่อมโยงกับหลักการวัดและประเมินผลทางการศึกษาอย่างเป็นระบบ
บทความเชิงแนวคิด (conceptual paper) นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเสนอกรอบแนวคิดเชิงวิธีวิทยาสำหรับการประยุกต์ใช้ปัญญาประดิษฐ์เชิงสร้างสรรค์ในการพัฒนาเครื่องมือวิจัยทางการศึกษา โดยบูรณาการ 4 องค์ประกอบสำคัญ ได้แก่ ฐานแนวคิดการวัดและประเมินผลทางการศึกษา กระบวนการพัฒนาเครื่องมือวิจัย บทบาทของปัญญาประดิษฐ์ในฐานะกลไกสนับสนุนเชิงวิธีวิทยาและการกำกับการตัดสินใจโดยมนุษย์ (human-in-the-loop) กรอบที่นำเสนอวางตำแหน่งของปัญญาประดิษฐ์ให้เป็นผู้ช่วยเชิงวิธีวิทยา มิใช่ผู้แทนการตัดสินใจทางวิชาการ โดยสนับสนุนการกำหนดโครงสร้างเชิงแนวคิด การพัฒนาตัวชี้วัด การสร้างข้อคำถามเบื้องต้น และการตรวจสอบคุณภาพเบื้องต้น ขณะที่การตัดสินใจเกี่ยวกับความตรง ความเที่ยง ความแม่นยำของการวัด ความเป็นธรรมของการวัด และความเหมาะสมเชิงจริยธรรมยังคงเป็นหน้าที่ของผู้วิจัยและผู้เชี่ยวชาญ
กรอบแนวคิดดังกล่าวช่วยทำให้การประยุกต์ใช้ปัญญาประดิษฐ์ในการพัฒนาเครื่องมือวิจัยมีความเป็นระบบ โปร่งใส และตรวจสอบได้มากขึ้น อีกทั้งช่วยเน้นย้ำว่า การใช้ปัญญาประดิษฐ์ในงานพัฒนาเครื่องมือวิจัยควรตั้งอยู่บนหลักการวัดและประเมินผลที่มั่นคง ควบคู่กับการกำกับโดยมนุษย์อย่างรับผิดชอบ บทความนี้จึงมีสถานะเป็นข้อเสนอเชิงวิธีวิทยาเบื้องต้นสำหรับนักวิจัยทางการศึกษา ผู้สอนวิจัย และนักศึกษาระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา และเป็นฐานสำหรับการตรวจสอบเชิงประจักษ์ของกรอบดังกล่าวในงานวิจัยต่อไป
