บทบาทการส่งผ่านของความไว้วางใจระหว่างภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารกับความพึงพอใจในการทำงานและการสอนของครู : หลักฐานเชิงประจักษ์จากข้อมูล PISA 2022 ของฮ่องกง

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ เป็นการศึกษาข้อมูลแบบสำรวจ โดยใช้ข้อมูลจากโปรแกรมประเมินสมรรถนะนักเรียนมาตรฐานสากล (Programme for International Student Assessment: PISA) มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องของโมเดลสมการโครงสร้างความพึงพอใจในการทำงานและการสอนของครู 2) เพื่อวิเคราะห์อิทธิพลทางตรงและทางอ้อมของภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารที่มีต่อความพึงพอใจในการทำงานและการสอนของครู และ 3) เพื่อตรวจสอบอิทธิพลการส่งผ่านของความไว้วางใจที่มีต่อภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารและความพึงพอใจ ในการทำงานและการสอนของครู กลุ่มตัวอย่างประกอบด้วยครูผู้สอน จำนวน 2,335 คน จากโรงเรียน 155 แห่ง ซึ่งได้มาจากการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบสองขั้นตอนตามกรอบการสุ่มของโครงการ PISA เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามที่มีลักษณะเป็นมาตราส่วนประมาณค่าแบบลิเคิร์ท จำนวน 19 ข้อ มีค่าความเที่ยงรวมของแบบสอบถาม 0.885 งานวิจัยนี้ใช้การวิเคราะห์โมเดลสมการเชิงโครงสร้างและใช้เทคนิค Bootstrap ในการทดสอบอิทธิพลการส่งผ่าน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า โมเดลสมการเชิงโครงสร้างมีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารมีอิทธิพลเชิงบวกโดยตรงต่อความไว้วางใจของครู (equation = 0.50) ความไว้วางใจของครูมีอิทธิพลเชิงบวกต่อความพึงพอใจในการทำงาน (equation = 0.76) และต่อความพึงพอใจในการสอน (equation = 0.43) ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารไม่มีอิทธิพลทางตรงอย่างมีนัยสำคัญต่อความพึงพอใจทั้งสองมิติ แต่มีอิทธิพลทางอ้อมผ่านความไว้วางใจต่อความพึงพอใจในการทำงาน (equation = 0.38) และต่อความพึงพอใจในการสอน (equation = 0.21) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ .05


สรุปได้ว่าความไว้วางใจของครูต่อผู้บริหารทำหน้าที่เป็นตัวแปรส่งผ่านอย่างสมบูรณ์ ในความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารกับความพึงพอใจของครูทั้งสองมิติ ผลการวิจัยชี้ให้เห็นถึงความสำคัญของ
การสร้างความไว้วางใจภายในองค์กรการศึกษาโดยเฉพาะในบริบทโรงเรียนของฮ่องกงที่มีการแข่งขันสูงและมีโครงสร้างการบริหารแบบลำดับชั้น
