บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพและข้อคิดเห็นที่มีต่อการนำหลักสูตรฐานสมรรถนะไปใช้ในชั้นเรียนของครูผู้สอนกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้สังคมศึกษา ศาสนาและวัฒนธรรมในเขตพื้นที่นวัตกรรมการศึกษาจังหวัดเชียงใหม่และเพื่อพัฒนาและตรวจสอบคุณสมบัติทางจิตมิติของมาตรวัดและศึกษาระดับการรับรู้แนวคิดหลักสูตรฐานสมรรถนะของครูผู้สอนกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้สังคมศึกษา ศาสนาและวัฒนธรรมในเขตพื้นที่นวัตกรรมการศึกษาจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงบรรยายทำการเก็บข้อมูลด้วยแบบสำรวจสภาพการปฏิบัติการนำหลักสูตรสู่การปฏิบัติและวัดการรับรู้แนวคิดหลักสูตรฐานสมรรถนะของครูผู้สอนกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้สังคมศึกษา ศาสนาและวัฒนธรรมในเขตพื้นที่นวัตกรรมการศึกษาจังหวัดเชียงใหม่จำนวน 300 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน การตรวจสอบคุณภาพเครื่องมือการวิจัยอาศัยทฤษฎีการการทดสอบแบบดั้งเดิมและทฤษฎีการตอบสนองข้อสอบของราชส์ วิเคราะห์ผลการวิจัยโดยใช้สถิติบรรยาย ผลการวิจัยพบว่าครูผู้สอนรายวิชาสังคมศึกษามีสภาพการปฏิบัติเป็นไปตามเป้าหมายและมาตรฐานการจัดการศึกษาในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (M=3.99, SD=0.78) มาตรวัดการรับรู้แนวคิดหลักสูตรฐานสมรรถนะของครูสังคมศึกษามีความความยาก (p=.34-.79) อำนาจจำแนก (r=.27-.92) ความเที่ยง (rtt=.76) ดัชนีความเหมาะสมรายข้อและความตรงเชิงโครงสร้างเป็นไปตามเกณฑ์ที่ยอมรับได้ (Infit = .824-1.222, Outfit =.793-1.598, = 37.3772, df=21, p= 0.08701, GFI=0.9914, AGFI=0.9942, RMR=0.009844, AIC=95.2772) นอกจากนี้ผลการวัดการรับรู้แนวคิดหลักสูตรฐานสมรรถนะของครูสังคมศึกษาโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับผ่านเกณฑ์
